Cucumber snack

Cucumbers are not just for moisturizing your eyes and getting rid of your dark circles.. they make great snacks too!
Today I will present 3  easy and delicious cucumber recipes.

First recipe:Cucumber snack with carrots filling

Ingredients
1 carrot
2 garlic cloves
3-4 sprigs coriander
400 g cheese
Salt, to taste
3-4 pickles
Instructions
Wash and peel the carrot and grate it coarsely.
Peel the garlic, press through a press.
Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop finely.
For the filling, mix the grated carrots, garlic, coriander and cream cheese in a bowl .
Salt the filling to taste.
Wash the cucumbers, rub dry and cut in half lengthways.
Scrape out the flesh with a spoon.
Cut the cucumbers straight so that they stand up well.
Carrot and cream cheese filling into the Arrange the cucumbers with the carrot and cream cheese filling on a serving plate.
Serve as a snack or starter.

seconde recipe:Cucumber Bites With Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
1 bunch dill
½ cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 garlic clove, chopped
salt
pepper
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon paprika powde
How to Make Cucumber Bites With Cream Cheese
Chop the dill.
Use a large salad bowl and add the cream cheese, pine nuts, dill and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Slice the cucumber through the middle and remove about half of its inside so you can make room for the filling.
Fill the cucumber halves with cream cheese and use a teaspoon to spread it.
Slice filled cucumber into 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick slices.
Serve cold!

The third recipe:ITALIAN CREAM CHEESE STUFFED CELERY
Ingredients

6 or 7 stalks of celery rinsed and dried
1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (0.7-oz) package Italian dressing mix
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Cut each celery stalk into three pieces. Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese.
Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture.
Garnish celery with dried parsley and paprika, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve
